Shopping jewelry online can be very cool, but what happens when you don't know you ring size?
Next time you're close to a jewelry store it won't hurt to ask them to measure your size properly.
But till then, let's explore how you can do it at home :)
Measure a ring that fits perfectly
It goes without saying that if you have a ring that fits like a glove, measuring its inner diameter will be very helpful.
Try to center the ring's diameter on a flat ruler so you really measure as accurately as possible.
You can find the size chart below to convert the inside diameter to a size.
The Ribbon + Ruler Method
Let's assume for a second though that you don't have a ring available to measure.
All you will need is a non-elastic ribbon and a ruler.
Wrap the ribbon around your finger and mark the spot where the ribbon makes a full circle around it. (see image below)
That way you will measure the perimeter of your finger. Try to hold the ribbonn as tight and as straight as possible.
You can find the right size by using the convert table below.
Ring Sizer
Don't you trust your measuring skills enough? Then opting for a Ring sizer is the next best option that will help you measure any finger you're shopping for.
