How should I take care of my products?

The materials we use, like most things around us, wear down over time. Please consider this as a part of an organic procedure and not as damage.

Many of our jewelry include copper pieces. All copper pieces are professionally polished in order to keep their shine as long as possible. However, copper tarnishes over time and will get darker and duller. This is part of the process. If you want to restore its shine you can either use a polishing cloth or a polishing compound found at hardware stores and big super markets.

Please take good care of your piece(s).
As with most jewelry, water and chemicals should be avoided. Try not to wear your item(s) when cleaning, cooking or working under bad conditions. Keep your item(s) away from constant direct sunlight. Keep it (them) in a safe place when not wearing it.

Are you offering gift wrapping?

Absolutely! All of our products are being carefully packaged for you. If you want extra gift-wrapping you can let us know at your checkout.

Can I return my product and get a refund?

You can return your products within 14 days from the purchased date, but you need to notify us first. Please read the full guidelines on our Returns + Refunds page.

I received a gift from your store and I want to change it, can I?

Yes you can. You have two options; to exchange it for another item or receive a gift card of the same value that'll be valid for a year. Please read more on our Returns + Refunds page.

I placed an order and haven't received a confirmation.

Every buyer receives automatically a confirmation email upon order. If you haven't received one please check your Spam folder. If you can't find it there either it means that the transaction hasn't been completed.

I placed an order and haven't received it yet, can I track it?

Yes! You will find the code in the notification you got in your mailbox upon shipment.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

As much as we would like to offer expedited shipping options, the fact that many of our customers are located overseas in addition to our made-to-order workflow, make it almost impossible to offer it. If you are located in the Netherlands or Belgium it will be easier for us to ship your products faster. In case you need express shipping let us know and we'll get back to you asap.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over 100€. If there is a promotion running with free shipping there will be a banner on our website stating it. In all other cases the buyer will be charged the shipping costs depending on their location.

GLS within Europe & Bpost for the rest of the world.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Depending on your location and volume of your order. We work with a made to order policy which means you should allow us up to 5 working days to make and ship your order. Then depending on your location it can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Read more about shipping times and fees

I've seen an older design and I like it, can you remake it for me?

Do you accept custom orders?

We have worked a lot on commissions in the past and we love it! If you want something specially customized for you please drop us a line.
